Celery Boat With Arctic Surf Clams
Arctic surf clam with simple recipes for more delicious taste

Ingredients
- 250 g Arctic Surf Clams
- goat cheese (slice to same thickness as clams)
- 1 celery (cut into 2 inch section)
- 100 g strawberries (cut into halves)
- 1/2 cup fresh fruits (cut into cubes)
- 1 tbsp Japanese wasabi flavored mayonnaise
Method
- Wrap one slice of goat cheese with one piece of butterfly cut Arctic Surf Clams.
- Place in on top of the celery ribs.
Decorate the dish
Garnish with strawberry and some of your favorite fruits. Serve with Japanese wasabi mayonnaise as dipping sauce.
