- 500g – 1kg Large Red Shrimp.
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp paprika (optional for extra heat).

- 1 Lemon (wedges), fresh parsley (chopped).
2. Preparation & Cooking
- Prep: Clean the shrimp and butterfly the backs to de-vein. Pat thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy sear.
- Marinate: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and Cajun spices. Toss the shrimp in the mixture and let marinate for 15 minutes.
