Ingredient:

  • 1 package red shrimp 1 kg
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 3 liters of water
  • 50g of coarse salt per liter of water

Cooked Frozen Red Shrimp

How to cook frozen red shrimp?

  1. Place a pot of water and add salt and bay leaves on high heat.
  2. When the water boils vigorously, add the red shrimp to the pot without thawing.
  3. When the water boils again, cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Control the cooking time of the frozen shrimp to ensure that the shrimp is cooked perfectly and not overcooked.
  4. Prepare a large pot, add plenty of cold water, salt and ice cubes.
  5. Remove the cooked shrimp from the boiling water and soak in ice water for 1 minute.
  6. Then, drain and set aside.
  7. Serve the shrimp and enjoy. Take a plate and arrange the red shrimp in a fan shape. You can also add mayonnaise or chopped vegetable vinegar, which goes well with this shrimp recipe that you will definitely love.
