Argentine Red Shrimp Crudo - Lemon & Sea Salt

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 200g Argentine Red Shrimp

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Sea salt flakes (Maldon)

  • Coarsely ground black pepper

  • Fresh dill or chives

  • Toasted sourdough bread (to serve)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the shrimp
Peel the shrimp and remove the vein. Pat dry with a paper towel. Slice in half lengthwise or leave whole, depending on presentation.

  2. Light seasoning
Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Do not marinate for too long to preserve the natural sweetness.

  3. Finish
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and black pepper. Garnish with fresh dill or finely chopped chives.

  4. Serve
Serve immediately while chilled. Pair with toasted sourdough bread to balance the richness.
