Grilled Teriyaki Octopus Legs

Ingredient

  • Boiled octopus legs (3 pcs)
  • Soy sauce (150 ml)
  • Mirin (150ml)
  • Sake (50ml)
  • Sugar (50g)

Method
1. Put soybeans, mirin, sake and sugar in a pot and boil until the sugar is diluted. We remove from heat and reserve.
2. On the grill or otherwise, put the frying pan on the stove over the fire, place the octopus legs lengthwise with skewers and grill them on the grill.
3. With the help of a brush, paint the octopus leg skewers with the sauce that we have reduced in the pan until they are very shiny and well absorbed.
4. They can be served with baked potatoes, vegetables or rice.
