Ingredients:
- 140g Boiled scallops
- 40g Japanese daikon radish
- 20g Carrot
- 40g Mizuna greens
- 2 slices Thinly sliced ginger
- 2 teaspoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
Preparation Instructions for Japanese Scallop Salad:
- Pat the thawed scallops dry. Slice the daikon radish, carrot, and ginger into thin strips, and chop the mizuna greens.
