Grilled Red Prawn With Herb Oil

Ingredients

  • 500 g of Nissi Red Shrimp
  • Coarse salt
  • Garlic clove
  • 200 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 sprigs of chives
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • ½ lemon

Steps to cook Grilled Red Prawn with Herbal Oil

  1. Defrost the Argentina red shrimp pieces.
  2. Prepare the accompanying oil. Add all the ingredients in a container suitable for crushing: a clove of peeled garlic, 200 ml extra virgin olive oil, 8 sprigs of chives, 4 sprigs of fresh thyme and half a lemon.
  3. Beat all the ingredients with a blender or chopper and set aside.
  4. Prepare the red shrimp: put them directly in the hot frying pan or griddle with the heat at maximum and with plenty of coarse salt.
  5. Cook for 1 minute or 2 on each side depending on the size.
  6. Serve dressed with herbal oil.
