Thai Style Arctic Surf Clam With Papaya

Ingredients

  • 100 g Arctic Surf Clams
  • 150 g Papaya
  • 30 g Onion
  • 20 g Carrot
  • 5 g Galangal
  • 2 g Cilantro leaves, finely diced
  • 20 g Cilantro stems
  • 10 g Green pepper and cone pepper, finely diced
  • 5 g Garlic, finely chopped
  • 10 g Peanut, crushed

Seasoning

  • 20 g Thai fish sauce
  • 10 g Lemon juice
  • 5 g Sugar
  • 8 g Thai sweet chili sauce

Method

  1. Slice the Arctic Surf Clams in half.
  2. Cut the papaya, onion, carrot and galangal into small pieces.
  3. Mix the galangal, finely diced cilantro leaves, cilantro stems, finely diced green pepper and cone pepper, and finely chopped garlic with all seasonings to make the sauce.
  4. Stir the sliced Arctic Surf Clams and mix.
  5. Top with crushed peanuts and serve.
