  • 4 pieces Australian Frozen Greenlip Abalone  
  • Mustard 
  • Japanese soy sauce
  • Pink gingger

Preparation

  1. Prepare the abalone
  2. Slice the abalone meat in 2mm thick at an angle down and to the leaf
  3. Slice through the wholw meat from left to right

  • Defrosted in the refrigerator overnigh
