INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Atlantic Red Shrimp (about 1 bag)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Natural & Complete
  • 1/3 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Herbs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Thaw the Atlantic Red Shrimp in the refrigerator for 6 hours or put them inside a bowl full of cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Peel the shrimp, removing the intestines with the help of a fine knife.
  3. Season the shrimp. In a hot skillet, add butter, followed by the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cook on high heat and finally add the fresh herbs. Serve piping hot with some fries cooked in rosemary and black pepper butter.

NOTES

  • You can serve it with white rice.
